Taught by pre/postnatal fitness experts, our pregnancy fitness class incorporates breathing, pelvic floor exercises, cardio, flexibility, strength, balance and core training. Each exercise is specifically chosen to support women to be at their optimal level of fitness at each stage of their pregnancy and to prepare them for labour and the challenges of motherhood. Each class will end with a short meditation, giving you time to relax, restore and connect with baby.
Our postnatal buggy fitness class is a full body workout including breathing, pelvic floor mobility & strengthening, cardio, balance work, strength & tone, core restoration and strengthening. Our specifically qualified postnatal fitness instructors provide safe, effective and functional exercises, suitable for your postpartum body, while entertaining the kids through songs and activities Modifications of every exercise will be provided to suit varying stages of postpartum recovery and levels of fitness. Anything goes in StrollerFIT… sleeping babies, crying babies, crawling babies, feeding, nappy changes (or blow outs!!!), energetic toddlers or older children… we’ve all been there!
High intensity, high calorie burn training for women. We want to promote self-care and help each woman feel strong and confident in her own body. Each workout includes cardio, strength & tone and core work, and our evening sessions end with a short meditation. As a participant you will be accountable for your own personal goal, but you are NOT alone in achieving it. Join the amazing BodyFIT community of women - with morning and evening sessions we are here to help, support and encourage you in your journey to achieving your goal. If you have previously been pregnant this is only suitable when you are at least 6 months postpartum due to the higher level of intensity. If you are less than 6 months postpartum then we would love to see you at one of our StrollerFIT classes.
