I really enjoyed the BumpFIT™ classes, I just wish I had found them earlier in my pregnancy. Tracey is a fantastic trainer who provides a welcoming, safe environment for Mums-to-be to train. The class offers a full body workout with all exercises adaptable for your fitness level and stage of pregnancy. Looking forward to joining the StrollerFIT classes when I get the all clear at my 6 week checkup.
I have been doing the BodyFIT classes for several months now and am feeling stronger each week. The classes are excellent with wonderful trainers who make sure we continue to improve week after week with challenging and enjoyable classes. Tracey has brought together a lovely community of mums and really goes above and beyond in providing motivation, tips and tricks, and promoting great dialogue in the groups.
Such a quick and rewarding 8 weeks. I’ve learned a lot and feel fantastic and fit by the end of it. What I didn’t know when I started was how little I would care about the ‘results’ - great to be accountable and keep the motivation up but I already know I’m so pleased with how it’s gone for me by how I feel.
I always felt better, stronger, healthier (and less nauseous!!) on the days we exercised. Not to mention the emotional support of being able to share the pregnancy experience with other women going through the same thing as me. The exercises -cardio, strength, core - were both challenging and appropriate for every stage of my pregnancy. After my little boy arrived, I had an incredibly quick recovery and was up and about the next day. A few weeks postpartum and I’m also back in my old jeans! I would definitely recommend these workouts for every stage of motherhood both pre- and post- natal. I’ve never felt better!
StrollerFIT was a game changer for me - amazing workouts tailored to my needs, special attention paid to the children and time spent with a great group of supportive Mums!
So glad I found the classes - they are honestly so good for my headspace!
I should have signed up for optiMum pilates sooner. Everyone should try to do it because it will highlight any potential problems. People are missing out by not doing the class.
I could not recommend the optiMum classes highly enough. I was really impressed with the BumpFIT™ classes during my pregnancy and could not wait to get back to StrollerFIT post pregnancy. The classes are excellent and made me feel stronger each week
I love the optiMum BodyFIT classes! As a full time working mum of 3 busy boys trying to fit in some me time is not always easy. I always leave the class feeling happier and stronger having filled my cup.
